We want all the 2017 applicants who are yet to be deployed to pay attention to the information contained here.
We have made lots of publication about n-power onboarding, yet many didn’t log in to npvn portal to onboard.
As said earlier, if you did not complete your profile, you will not be deployed to your PPA.
We have created npower deployment email address. If you have not been deployed, you need to send an email to us.
In the email, you will have to state your complaint clearly.
Note: the email is strictly for deployment issues. If you have any other complaint, check our contact us page.
The deployment email address was released during the Facebook live chat with Mr. Afolabi Imoukheude who happens to be the npower national coordinator.
During the LIVE chat, Mr. Imoukhuede said that the 2017 beneficiaries who are yet to be deployed can send emails to volunteersupport@npvn.ng
Steps deployed beneficiary should follow.
If you have been deployed, you don’t need to send us an email. You will have to follow the step below and complete the deployment process.
Firstly, you will have to visit your Place of Primary Assignment with your deployment letter to get it signed and stamped.
To print your deployment letter, click here.
Once you have your signed and stamped deployment letter, you need to visit the npvn portal to upload it.
If you did not upload it to the portal, you will not be able to receive your monthly stipend.
We have made a detailed guide to help you upload your signed posting letter to n-power portal.
You can read about it at – How to Upload Stamped & Signed confirmation Of Resumption on NPVN Portal
If you completed all the process, you are then eligible for the monthly stipend for 2 years.
Remember, if you have any issue with deployment, send an email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng.
