At the release of the West Africa Examination Council Result 2019, a lot of candidates had their result to be outstanding and they are unable to see their grades. We are going to explain what outstanding means, when it is going to be released and other things you need to know.
What is the Meaning of “Outstanding” in WAEC Result?
According to the information from WAEC Nigeria official twitter page, “outstanding” means pending. This means that there are errors made by students during registration or examination. The West Africa Examination Council will have to work on correcting them before their Result will be released.
It is not the same thing with WAEC Withheld Result as the former is just an error while the latter is due to violations in the council’s rules.
If you have an outstanding, it will be released but if it is “Withheld” we are not sure if it will be released. Learn more about the held result and release date here.
When will WAEC Outstanding Result 2019/2020 Be Released?
As explained by the council, those with outstanding result should not fear or panic over their result. It will be released when all the errors have been corrected.
